Dominating the Market ONDC Achieved Another Milestone

Open Network for Digital Commerce or also known as ONDC has accomplished another milestone by achieving a 10k daily order mark. Many technology experts are predicting this to be a big thing after the UPI revolution. To make the digital India dream a reality, the government is working hard and achieving new milestones every day. 

UPI or unified payment system and the ONDC both have been two of the biggest and most ambitious initiatives of the Indian government. The good thing is the consumers are havely benefitting from these undertakings. Some users even shared screenshots comparing the price of ONDC to two of the biggest player in the market Zomato and Swiggy, and the prices are insanely cheap on this platform. 

It is likely because the platform allows restaurants to sell their food without involving any third-party service. Although ONDC is still hasn't been launched for every user, it likely to be another big hit like the Unified Payment Method or UPI after the official launch.

Nevertheless, it will be very interesting to see, what companies like Zomato and Swiggy will do to survive in this cutthroat market.
